Position Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels that promote the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, social media, email and display/online advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain the company social media presence
- Create, plan and manage the company social media platforms
- Develop, implement and monitor campaign budgets.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Masters Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Must have strong social media knowledge and can design online advertisements
- Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
