Position Summary

On behalf of our esteemed client, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels that promote the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing database, social media, email and display/online advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain the company social media presence
  • Create, plan and manage the company social media platforms
  • Develop, implement and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals 
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Masters Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Must have strong social media knowledge and can design online advertisements
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
