Build and manage a market research service
for prospective new clients
Using sales,
business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract
business from client companies
Network to identify new business opportunities
through utilizing strong network and market experience
Have an active Client facing role, whilst
managing specific Key Accounts
Work closely with recruitment and Marketing
teams as well , to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for specific
industries
Ensure each recruitment assignment is
delivered to budget and to Client expectation
Communicate business pipeline to Head of
Operations
Engaging in some form of business development
and networking, meeting with potential new clients, establishing relationships
and developing new business opportunities
Actively participating in all team meetings.
Building strong relationship with client
companies in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs
and requirements.
