Job Summary

On behalf of our esteemed client from the technology/ICT sector, we are currently seeking to recruit a Technical/IT Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in IT sales, a solid understanding of tech solutions, and the ability to work under performance targets and deliver consistent results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Building long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers
  • Following and implementing an effective sales strategy by the Sales manager / Operations supervisor to drive sales
  • Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales
  • Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling and networking
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Work closely with Marketing team to promote products and services
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Additional responsibilities by Senior management

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in IT or related industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be focused on reaching and exceeding targets
  • Must have an understanding of IT products and services
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
