Job Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client from the technology/ICT sector, we are currently seeking to recruit a Technical/IT Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience
in IT sales, a solid understanding of tech solutions, and the ability to work
under performance targets and deliver consistent results.
Job Responsibilities
- Building long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers
- Following and implementing an effective sales strategy by the Sales manager / Operations supervisor to drive sales
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales
- Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling and networking
- Setting up meetings with potential clients
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Work closely with Marketing team to promote products and services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Additional responsibilities by Senior management
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in IT or related industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must be focused on reaching and exceeding targets
- Must have an understanding of IT products and services
- Ability to work independently and in a team
