Job Summary
On behalf of our happy client, we are seeking a highly
experienced and meticulous Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join the growing team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of business
travel for the corporate clients, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and
compliant travel arrangements. This role requires exceptional organizational
skills, strong communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of global travel
logistics, including proficiency in GDS like Galileo.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in a reputable travel agency
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Galileo GDS for all aspects of ticketing, reissuance, revalidation, and refunds is essential
- In-depth knowledge of international and domestic airfare construction, IATA rules, and airline regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Swahili (written and spoken) required
