experienced Travel Consultants for their airport desk office.
Job Responsibilities
Provide
on-the-spot travel assistance to airport customers, including booking
last-minute flights, resolving travel disruptions, and offering destination
information
Assist travelers with immediate travel needs at the airport, handling flight
changes, lounge, hotel bookings, and providing travel advice
Address and resolve travel-related issues for airport customers, including
flight delays, cancellations, and booking discrepancies
Arrange alternative travel solutions
Qualifications & Skills
Good
in GDS (Preference in Galileo)
Airport settings demand quick thinking and efficient problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Problem-solving: The ability to handle unexpected travel disruptions is
crucial
Often, airport travel consultants also drive sales of travel packages and
services
Flexibility: Airport hours often require flexible scheduling
