Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling ISP data and related products, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role combines strategic planning, business development, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of ISP data packages and related products to meet and exceed the monthly revenue target
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
Sales Reporting
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis
- Track and analyze sales metrics to improve strategies and achieve targets
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Provide feedback to management on market needs and product performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ISP or telecommunications sector sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Candidates with strong open opportunities and vast track records, will be negotiable separately
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with ISP products, internet connectivity, and related technologies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
