The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient performance of the product with effective supervision of the sales team activities while maintaining strong business relationships with the client and assisting the Business Development Manager in hiring and training of the sales team. Successful candidate must have Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling sales in the micro lending sector.
Functions & Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and marketing objectives for the company
Recruitment of new sales personnel and agents along with establishing new sales channels to ensure achievement of sales targets
Responsible towards ensuring Data capture and any other ministry processing is done
Assist Operations team in review of loan applications
Responsible towards ensuring recoveries of loan instalments, in case of non-payment or short payment from individuals and ministries from where the amount is due from the respective region
Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Management as and when required in the formats determined by the company
Any other work that may be assigned to you from time to time in relation to your job profile
