Overview

Join our dynamic and innovative company specializing in consultancy, sales, installation, and servicing of electronic security equipment. We focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions in medium to large-scale CCTV installations (server-based VMS systems), PoC PTT, DMR radio solutions, and modern alarm and control systems.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead our technical team, drive complex projects, and play a key role in the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to step into the General Manager role when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior and junior technical professionals.
• Plan and oversee the execution of installation projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage service contracts, guaranteeing client satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.

2. Technical Project Management

• Design and specify customized technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Oversee the configuration and installation of software on PCs and servers.
• Plan, manage, and supervise the technical aspects of tenders, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

3. Technical Expertise & Support

• Deliver hands-on support for server-based VMS installations and IP CCTV systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced systems, including Windows Server, networking setups, PoC PTT, and DMR radio solutions.
• Implement and manage state-of-the-art alarm and electronic security systems.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.

4. Client Collaboration

• Work closely with clients to assess security needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Problem Solving & Availability

• Be available to address critical technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Resolve advanced technical challenges efficiently, even under pressure.

 

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in the electronics/security industry.
• Proven expertise in:
• IP CCTV installations and server-based VMS solutions (e.g., Axis, Hikvision, Milestone).
• Windows Server management and advanced networking.
• PoC PTT and DMR radio solutions.
• Alarm and modern security system installations.

Certifications & Skills

• Certification in CCTV or VMS systems is a strong advantage.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of networking protocols, system integration, and security standards.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute technical aspects of tenders effectively.
