Job Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client from the automotive industry, we are looking for a Legal Consultant responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and offering legal assistance on various corporate matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide corporate/commercial legal advice to the business in relation to the company's operations
- Negotiate, draft and review various agreements/legal instruments, including MOUs, NDAs, ground leases, commercial contracts, tender documents, title deeds
- Provide guidance on complex legal issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
- Assist with risk management and mitigation.
- Prepare and deliver legal presentations and reports.
- Conduct due diligence and legal audits.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law or related field
- Experience in corporate law
- Law and Legal Issues skills
- Legal Document Preparation skills
- Ability to provide legal advice and legal assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
