Job Summary
On behalf of our happy client from the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Procurement and Sales Coordinator with background in procurement or supply chain management responsible for managing all procurement processes for the company and proving indoor support and coordination to the sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Procurement
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to prevent stockouts and overstock
situations
- Collaborate with intern al departments to understand procurement needs and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Sales Coordination
- Support
the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate the distribution of sales materials and ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources
- Assist in the preparation of
sales reports and performance metrics
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and timely updates
- Facilitate communication between the sales and procurement teams to streamline operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in procurement or supply chain management
- Preferred 5 years of relevant experience as a Procurement and Sales coordinator
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage the supply chain to the customer
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Experience of working with internal and external customers
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good level of IT skills, with experiencing of using all Microsoft
packages
- Ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative
- Good time management skills, and ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet the demands of
working in a busy office
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Fluent in English
