Job Brief
On behalf of a leading multi-national technology/IT distributor company, we are looking for sales professionals having experience with the core brands like Cisco, Huawei, HPE, IBM, and Oracle preferably in distributor company or reseller.
Purpose
- To generate profitable sales and growth.
- To ensure customer compliance to agreed payment terms.
- To recruit net new partners and develop the existing partner base.
- To generate customer loyalty.
- To execute on our commitments to the Vendor, guaranteeing contractual continuity.
Plan
- Actions plans for fulfilment and incremental revenue streams
- Initiate and complete Joint Business Planning sessions with strategic partners
- Quarterly Partner Landscape reviews (Partner Segmentation, Partner tiering, Brownfield, and
- Greenfield)
- Ensure the conditions for the optimal time to market of resources and technology
- Provide quarterly feedback to management on market, channel, and vendor specifics
Execute
- Proactively assess customer needs
- Ensure the quality of and timely responsiveness to customer requirements
- Ensure partner compliance with vendor agreements
- Drive adoption of company programs by the intended customers
- Adhere to Group standard policies & procedures
- Deliver high quality implementation of strategies and plans
- Collect and document knowledge about competitor’s value propositions
- Ensure channel compliance with Vendor certification requirements
Evaluate
- Regular review of sales performance and market share
- Tracking of achievements versus targets
- Quarterly Partner Landscape Review
- Analyze competitive landscape to inform business strategies and action plans
Act
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel
- Act as the pivot during the sales process
- Take appropriate action following the partner landscape review
- Be an advocate for Group policies & procedures
- Provide feedback related to performance management as and when applicable
