Job Summary
On behalf of a seed company headquartered in India, we are looking for the Country Manager to lead the company in Kenya towards the achievement of set business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Planning, Monitoring and Controlling of Sales Budget, PP Budgets Collection & Expenses
- Ensuring the distribution of Trials and Demos well before the season for newly developed Hybrids/ Varieties
- Future market and product growth possibilities in region
- Timely placement of material according to season & market requirement
- Constant awareness about the competitors' activities/ policies in the country, market trends etc. for enabling management decisions
- Doing all that is necessary to maintain a good brand of loyal and reliable People/ Distributor
Requirements
- Agriculture Graduate/ Postgraduate
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in seed industry
- Must be fluent in English
