Managing all SPA Operation with support to the
rest of the team; supervise the
new strategies; drive the company budget and maintain the cash flow of the business to attain the expected profit margin all the time.
Oversee daily salon operations and management of
the staff, Hire and train beauticians on different
service offered at the salon
Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak
times and seasonality, maintain the KPI of each staff, drive the sales per
staff and come with different motivation for sales improvement.
Supervise the and benchmarking the different
products which used at the salon for the service and for the retail shop,
control the stock and quality of
the products
Maintain the highest quality of service, hygiene and
customer caring in all the time at the salon by applying high level procedures and
governance which will drive the highest quality of the service all the
time.
Maintain staff records, including salaries,
working schedule, all government labor compliance, regulation compliance, run the KPI for each staff
and proposal the best model
for strengthen the staff delivery
Maintain the
budget of the company by ensuring every month the target is
achieved, all accounting is done
as per requirement, costing is managed and no leakage at the company; report all finance matter to the board every end of the quarter with proposed improvement plan
Managing all marketing strategies, social media and promote the brand with focusing the expansion on other region, come with strategies of short term and long term on different line of business and how to strength current line of the business.
Prepare the management report which will include Marketing, Finance, Operation, and Customer feedback; The
report will be submitted to board of Director each month 5th day of preceding month.

Must have experience in hospitality industry worked in managerial level
