Job Summary
On behalf our esteemed client, a high-end furniture retail company, we are looking to recruit for the customer-oriented Indoor Sales Representatives to be part of their expanding team in Tanzania.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.
- Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients and negotiate and follow-up with them till closing the deal.
- Conduct and handle payments from clients
- Build close and good relations with potential and existing clients and do a proper follow up.
- Be the contact person for the client. Resolve efficiently potential problems with clients and coordinate internally for the appropriate solutions.
- Provide the appropriate information to update client database.
- Ensure all documentation related to the clients is recorded and filed correctly
- Prepare regular reports to be discussed with the management, and participate to internal sales and management meeting
Major Requirements
- Education: completed secondary education or even college/university or related field being an advantage
- Age: between 20 to 35 years
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales. Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advice, convince and close the deal. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer service orientation. Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS word and excel and other relevant technology
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support the sales team's goals.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Languages: Must be fluent in both English and Swahili
