We are looking for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Day-to-day activity management
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the company goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
- Communicate the company’s vision and objectives to your team.
- Oversee the efficient operation of departments, ensuring processes are optimized for effectiveness, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Handle different responsibilities as suggested by company directors
Major Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years' work experience in a managerial or supervisory role is essential.
- Able to build coordination between departments
- Should have strong communication skills to handle customer relationships and manage departmental issues such as TRA.
