We are looking for a person to join our team and play a crucial role to generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue, all to support one of the most important businesses.

Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills & Requirements
Degree /Diploma in Business Studies, Project Management, Marketing or any other related field.
Working knowledge of office equipment’s including Computer, Photocopy Machine, Binding Machine and Scanner.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
Proven at least 3 years' experience in office or general Administrative Service
Strong appreciation for excellence in customer service
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills (Fluency in Swahili and English Preferred)
