implementing strategies to build and promote company’s Brand, ensuring consistent
Brand messaging, monitoring and performance, and driving brand growth and
profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the collection
of Market Data on brands and build database for the same. Based on the market
data, quarterly data on market shares to be prepared
Based on the Data base, create short and medium
marketing plans for the company
The
marketing plan should involve Marketing Campaigns, Media Plans, consumer
outreach, Dental camps in collaboration with government agencies etc.
The
marketing plans should be developed in close coordination with the sales
function.
Social
Media is a fast growing and effective media in African countries.
The
incumbent should create social media campaigns across various geographies
and languages to ensure an effective reach of consumers across company’s
markets.
Work
in close coordination with the Dental care authorities and Associations of
various countries to ensure a close presence in all their programs which
will help reach out to the target group for products.
Workout
cost effective large school consumer outreach programs for product in
close coordination with the sales team.
Company’s
innovative Marketing campaigns for product should ensure consistent
growth in the market shares for product in the various markets of company.
Monitoring
competitor activity, their marketing campaigns, new products etc. to
ensure that company responds to the marketing challenges proactively.
Create
new concepts in Oral care and help R&D work out innovative and new
products in Oralcare to ensure that product retains its market
leadership.
Workout
separate merchandise and approach to cover pharmacies and Dentists
Create
the complete range of Oralcare products like Electric Toothbrushes, tongue
cleaners, Dental floss etc
Requirements
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
At least 4 years' experience as a Marketing Manager
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
