General Job Details
- Diagnosing, programming and servicing of EFD machines
- Provide installation and onsite support for clients when necessary.
- Providing remote support for clients when required
- IT Products Inspection and service whenever required.
- To work within the allocated SLA’s and complete diagnosis and dispatch of devices
- Update and submit daily technical reports showing serviced devices on the status of serviced goods.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Training Customers on new products and services when required.
- Support upcountry technicians.
- Support reseller technicians
- Support and repair of office equipment.
- Additional responsibilities by Senior management
