Description:
Role Purpose
- To receive and process sales inquiries from existing clients whilst also actively acquiring new clients
- Ensuring 100% response rate and quick feedback on order status and accuracy of the information given to client by aligning with production
- Managing sales accounts and keeping a record of client orders, price history and patterns
- Ensure appropriate handling and retention of clients
- Learn pricing methodology and use a price list as a guide
- Familiarity with submitting and applying for tenders
- Send daily report of client to management
Requirements
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or any related field
- At least six (6) months or one (1) year of a sales experience in the media industry or marketing agency company
- Must speak English & Swahili
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel
