Job Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Research and analyse sales options
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Research and recommend new opportunities
  • Recommend profit and service improvements
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Achieve sales target
  • Generate leads and convert leads into sales
  • Identify and target new clients from different industries
  • Conduct regular research on prospects for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated need
  • Generate new business from clients
  • Converting new businesses into key accounts
  • Manage these key accounts by servicing them to client's satisfaction
  • Develop new business initiatives with the client to increase the share of wallet
  • Understand clients brief and articulate it into meaningful deliverable
  • Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement
  • Manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service
  • Drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients
  • Achieve Top and Bottom-line Revenue and Profitability
  • Train and manage a team
  • Create synergies amongst the clients

Job Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree of any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of work corporate sales experience as a Relationship Manager under Banking industry or Account Manager under Advertising agencies
  • Excellent knowledge in Ms Office Suite
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
