Job Summary
As a Community Manager/ Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for the company and coordinate front-desk activities. The saucerful candidate will be responsible in ensuring the
front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality
standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and members by welcoming them to the facility
- Screening for members/non members
- Book and conduct onsite tours of the building/spaces and event space
- Update CRM on all inquiries and follow up leads to achieve high conversion rate
- Accepting packages and sorting mail
- Manage and coordinate with property administrator on facility inventory ensuring a register is maintained and up to date
- Create a welcoming environment: assist members in a friendly, patient and professional manner
- Onboard new members: activate and distribute access cards, print accounting numbers, answer new member questions
- Community Engagement‐Create networking initiatives, social events, and local partnerships to increase the stickiness factor of the space
- Enforcement of “House Rules” within the facility amongst members
- Input and maintain accurate data across various platforms (billing, CRM, Inventory)
- Create a sense of community among members (Membership Sales Strategy, Member Sign ups, Member Communication & Strategy)
- Introducing new members to the community and facilitating connections
- Ensure stationary, printing station/s, reception, shared spaces, office suites and pantry area are well stocked (register in place for usage) and kept tidy by Keeping kitchen area up
- Event Planning, Logistics, Organize Catering for Events Space
- Expanding event space and shared spaces capabilities and quality
- Greeting attendees and performing attendee check-ins for Events Space
- Assist on sales tours for sister company, when required
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
- Minimum 2years' work experience as a Front Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., Printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
