Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to support the company to serve the customers during warranty period.
Job Purpose & Scope
- Rail train door and HVAC systems installation, commissioning, trouble shooting and timely service report
- Provide operation and maintenance training to customer
- Customer’s requirements and site information feedback
- Create and maintain good relationship with customer to increase the customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting, failure analysis for rail train Door & HVAC systems
- Rework and retrofit
- Commissioning of train equipment systems on customer site
- Provide operation and maintenance training to customer
- Participate in train systems test
- Complete service report
- Products performance feedback and follow up
- Customer’s requirements and site information collect and feedback
- Create and maintain good relationship with the customer
Requirements
- College Degree or above, major in Refrigeration, Electrical; Mechanical Automation related
- Experience on Door and air conditioner or industrial electrical equipment
- Be good at English reading and writing, certain spoken English skills
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Can work under flexible working time
