Main Purpose of Position
To ensure effective availability and supply of
all parts within Parts store. To ensure the accurate organising of all parts
stock within the Parts store.
Main Responsibilities
- Organised binning of Parts
- Clean Storeroom
- Strict when supplying parts out of the store
- Parts receiving and issuing
- Control RFC’s
- Daily perpetuals and Bi-Annual stock take
- Filing of all soft and hard copies relevant to the Store
- Control driver deliveries
- Responsible for binning parts in correct areas
- Accuracy of work must be perfect
- Identify and report stock irregularities
- Monitor stock levels and replenish
Minimum Requirements
- Warehouse / Store experience in packing, picking of parts experience
- Honest
- Organised
- Fast Learner
- EXCEL skills
- DMS experience
