Job Summary
We are looking for a Travel Consultant responsible for handling all services in terms of Air-ticketing i.e., Itinerary options, Bookings,
Ticketing, Exchanges, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Suggest suitable travel options that best suit clients' needs
- Book tickets, reserve accommodation, issue travel insurance and more services
- Inform clients and provide useful travel information as visas, health and customs, etc
- Offer and promote different services and offerings (hotels and transfers)
- Keep learning about latest industry trends and Build and maintain relationships with clients
Major Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge and Speed in Galileo in terms of checking itineraries, issuance and exchange
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Travel Manager/Consultant, or a similar role in the Travel and Tourism industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to handle stressful situations
- A team player and ability to work independently
- Ability to work for flexible hours and on weekends and to offer excellent customer service
