Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend to all mechanical maintenance, machine fitment, machine assembly work in the plant
- Responsible for carrying machine/equipment/utility preventive/breakdown maintenance of the machines
- Maintain a list of spares required for the machine and to inform maintenance manager in time
- Ensure reduction of downtime hours and target shall be towards zero
- To follow all the machine/tool/mechanical part safety requirements
- Ensure that work permit to seek before commencing any major work at height, roof, intricate machine area & other risk oriented areas
- Responsible for documentation of daily/weekly breakdown/preventive maintenance & records
- Always adhere to PPE and safety procedures when dealing with Machines, tools & and other mechanical equipments
- Responsible for Housekeeping & cleanliness on machine or equipment after work completion & working area to be well maintained
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years of work experience preferably in manufacturing industry
