Description:
Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing the company’s inventory and warehousing operations in line with policies and procedures; including the receipt, storage, accounting, dispatching and reporting of all commodities received and stored in the warehouse
- Advise or ensure that any events, non -conformity is/are transmitted to the Operations Desk, Head of CMA and CMA Risk Manager
- Train and supervise the warehouse staff
- Ensure all health and safety regulation are adhered to in the warehouse
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Expertise in Warehouse Management procedures and best practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
