Job Summary
Supply chain officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all aspects of production procedures, co-coordinating with Warehouse, Finance and Customer service department. The Supply chain Officer will report to the Supply chain Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Procurement Manager in Working out a contingency plan for supporting program extension or contraction
- Liaise with HQ regarding procurements and ensure implementation of recommendations
- Preparation of procurement contracts, POs and processing tenders
- Conducting regular market surveys and maintaining an up-to-date supplier database with key supplier information
- Establishing and maintaining good professional working relationships with suppliers, contractors and inspection companies whilst strictly adhering to company anti-corruption guidelines and company code of conduct
- Develop and implement supply chain, supplier quality and logistics strategy that support company production
- Manage all production manufacturing processes including price negotiations and component sourcing to reduce overall BOM cost
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or any other related field
- Approximately 3- 6 year professional experience in procurement preferably with manufacturing company
- Good working knowledge and skills Microsoft office
- Proven integrity and service minded
- Ability to communicate in English
