Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will mainly work in the field and visit new and existing customers, find customers that have slipped out of our network. The person will offer our services, sell parts, service and maintenance contracts as well include different type of inspections for trucks, construction equipment, industrial and marine engines.Ultimately, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth in the service market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being the main service market field interface between the company and the customers
  • Selling of parts and service
  • Monitor and follow up of relevant KPI’s
  • Gather customer needs
  • Gather customer feedback on dealer and machine/Truck performance
  • Gather and report back market intelligence around Aftermarket
  • Assist with/handle Commercial Goodwill Requests
  • Scout market for creating new business opportunities
  • Proactively visits customers to generate dealer business and additional value for the customer
  • Preventive Service Agreements
  • Care inspection
  • Proactive monitoring
  • Uptime guarantee
  • Product updates / campaigns
  • Maintenance parts & Lubricants
  • Ground Engaging tools
  • Selling Consumables
  • Sales promotions
  • Software options
  • Machine/Truck calibration / adjustment

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Technical Degree or similar
  • Experience from Heavy Equipment and Trucks preferably European brands
  • Business maturity
  • Good command in English spoken and written
  • Able to create reports and work independent
  • Sales skills and service minded
  • Analytic mindset
  • Parts experience
  • Good understanding of using computer aided diagnostic tools
  • Knowledge in Hydraulics and Electrics
  • Valid drivers license
