Role Profile
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are currently hiring a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive for Aluminum and Glass products to help build the company's business activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and
pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive
rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Call potential customers to explain company products and
encourage purchases
- Answer customers' queries and directing complex issues to the
relevant departments as needed
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Glass Profiles
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales, schedules for customer
appointments, and customer complaints
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the
company reaches its target audience
- Inform product developers of possible product improvements
and changes to ensure that company products meet current
market needs
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in similar position preferably from Glass & Aluminum industry or FMCG
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge in the product and price of the Glass & Aluminium
industry
- Knowledge of automobile market and channels in the Glass &
Aluminium market
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Possess the skill to work both in team and perform
independently
