Job Overview
On behalf of our happy client, we are currently seeking to recruit suitably and competent candidate to fill the
Admission and Career Counselling Officer position. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Program Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling day to day administrative duties in order to make sure daily activities of the program are carried out as planned
- Understands Tanzanian Education and grading system very well
- Engaging with students and counselling them on the education opportunities abroad
- Assisting students in identifying the right countries, universities, and courses and helping them plan their academic and career prospects
- Managing the admission process for the students applying to various universities across countries
- Undertake counselling sessions with students both on-call and in-person
- Provide accurate and verified information regarding universities, colleges, courses, programs, and countries
- Maintain a database of the students counselled with relevant information on the number and status of applications made
Job Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field
- At least two (2) years of minimum experience in Overseas education agency background
- Must be a person with high integrity
- Good communication skills and good report writing skills
- Good interpersonal skill and quick learner
