Job Brief
We are looking for Workshop Manager to integrate the after- sales area, report hierarchically to the Dealership Manager/ Country Manager. The major role of the Workshop Manager is to ensure the correct functioning of the Workshop, seeking to maximize the qualitative and quantitative results.
Responsibilities
- Organize team work
- Manage local complaints arising from the service
- To accompany and motivate the workshop team
- Carry out actions that promote the fulfillment of the objectives of billing and quality
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures
- Apply hygiene and safety rules in the workshop
- Carry out all the warranty procedures
- Apply the returns rules of the "warranty parts"
- Control the proper functioning of tools and workshop material
- Identify needs to invest in tools and materials
- Ensure maintenance of the office
- Responsible for all ongoing repair orders
Requirements
- Professional technical qualifications in the vehicle
- Hands on mechanical experience and knowledge
- Minimum of 7 year’s experience leading a multicultural workshop
- Well honed leadership and management skills, with an ability to motivate others
- Excellent grasp of the English language, verbal and written
- Sound judgment informed by extensive practical knowledge and experience
- Innovative, inventive and analytical, able to pre-empt and resolve problems with ease
- Agile, responsive and good under pressure
- Able to handle conflict and resolve differences of opinion
- Heightened cultural awareness – able to relate and build relationship with all
- Knowledge of Healthy and Safety
