Job Brief
We are seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to help in building business activities and lead the company to profit growth.
Job Duties
- Develop an overall sales strategy for the company
- Set and maintain a budget for the department
- Set sales goals and achieve the targets that are linked to revenue contribution of the company
- Identify new business opportunities
- Achieve identified direct sales, telesales, direct mail, promotions and e-commerce initiative targets
- Develop key accounts and target accounts within identified market segments
- Monitor and report on trends, developments, competitor activity and other external factors
- Attend designated trade shows and industry forums on behalf of the company
- Ensure all client requests are followed up on and responded to within 24 hours
- Ensure that all personal accountabilities and deadlines set in the Business Plan are met or exceeded
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
- Ensure reports, presentations and other administrative duties are accurate and of a consistently high standard
- Innovation and entrepreneurial practices that lead to new business opportunities
- Attend and contribute to all sales and operations meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- High qualified Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with experience not less than 5 years preferably in hotel/ hospitality operating supplies
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Management experience and skills
- Computer proficiency
- Strong communication abilities
