Job Purpose
We are looking for Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager responsible for developing and executing advertising and branding
strategies through various outlets such as designing (Brochures, Fliers, etc) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc).
Job Functions
- Design Brochures, Fliers, etc
- Help define company’s social and print media strategy and incorporate content assets appropriately
- Manage and operate social media campaigns for social media assets including Facebook, Instagram, etc
- Able to develop new creative work across digital channels
- Work closely with Corporate Sales teams to maximize the impact of brand awareness and marketing initiatives across the business divisions
- Develop and maintain Capital Health’s social media guidelines and protocol
- Analyze social media trends and audiences
- Develop, monitor and track social media success metrics, reporting
results (including campaigns) on a monthly basis to management
Major Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in developing social media content, graphic design, managing social
media communities or online marketing at a
corporate level
- Strong graphic design skills using software such as Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator. etc
- A keen eye for flawless grammar, spelling, and polished writing
- A strong portfolio showcasing work across a range of digital channels (Social media, etc)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A passion for social media and advertising
- Very good command of the main tools related Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Professionalism balanced with a positive attitude
- Animation or motion graphics a plus
