Scope of Work

On behalf of our client, we are looking for Factory Manager to supervise the factory activities and ensure quality of finished goods, control man power, Control stock and provide production reports. The candidate will direct report to Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
• Establish and execute quality control process
• Ensuring factory machinery is in good order
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issue
• Preparing Production Reports and submit them to Director
• Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards
• Supervise workers ensure factory targets are met
• Control and reporting stock for raw materials and finished goods
• Prepare and execute production plans

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Production and Food Science, Quality Control, or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in Production Department / Quality Control Department
• Knowledge in Quality Control
• Working with water packaging company will be added advantage
