Job Summary
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are looking for Product Manager responsible for both product planning, product support and product sales and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Major Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads
- Source and develop client referrals
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Carry out market research and surveys
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and
product development
- Assist
management with any other requirements or tasks allocated to you
- Conduct appropriate trainings to new staff and provide demonstrations to customers when required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience in ICT products management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software and hardware
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of basic business principles
- Experience in sales
- Experience in making presentations
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
