Job Summary

On behalf of our happy client, we are looking to hire an experienced Veterinary Sales Officer responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives for veterinary products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning for sales growth at profitable margins
• Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
• Oversee and direct market research and competitor analyses
• Dealing with Veterinary doctor & pet shop, Medical shop, etc
• Promoting Brand Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base
• Ensure the strong presence of the company in the region
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully promoting and marketing the Vet Plus Product line in Veterinary
• Travel to service areas to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal
• Ability to onboard new clients, while maintaining existing clients
• Maintain a professional company image at all times
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
• Recommend improvements to boost performance to the sales team
• Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
• Build strong and successful relationships with clients
• Deal with various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements

 

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree  in Veterinary, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or any other related field
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of proven sales experience in Veterinary Products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and rapport
• Great persuasive and negotiation skills
• Commitment to company values
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Must be fluent in both English and Swahili
• Able to travel frequently as required of the job
