Job Brief
On behalf of our happy client from healthcare industry, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive
to plan and oversee the organization's marketing activities and
campaigns. The ideal candidate will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations
are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating an organization's marketing strategies
- Oversee the internal marketing staff to ensure advertising initiatives are meeting targeted goals
- Plan promotional campaigns and negotiate advertising contracts with various media outlets to build brand awareness
- Identify appropriate consumer markets and devise effective plans to reach them
- Develop pricing tactics that maximize profitably
while ensuring patients are still reimbursed and satisfied
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distributio
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Collaborate with management in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in either Marketing, Advertising, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or Public relations
- Proven 4 years experience in a similar role specifically from active institutes like banks and telecommunication companies
. Experience
to marketize a hospital will be advantageous
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer oriented approach
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Preferable female candidates, age below 35 and able to drive a car
