We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive
to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of the two companies (Manufacturing & Tours companies). The ideal candidates will be responsible to organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a
difference for the companies success according to trends and customer
requirements. The goal is to reach out to the market and
cultivate the customer's interest in the products and services in ways
that strengthen the reputation and facilitate the continuous growth of the companies.
Key Functions
Create ad campaigns in line with two
companies strategies (Manufacturing & Tours)
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Manage graphic designer (in house, outsourced and
yourself if you have the skills) for all types of media (print, online,
outdoor, etc)
Coordinate offers, promotions, adverts from both
companies management and to finish them on time and as per strict brand
guidelines with a perfect eye for detail
To be able to coordinate outsourced companies, in house
talents and yourself for all marketing jobs
To use an online log tool so
that management can monitor work loads and deadlines
To constantly update company profiles, brochures, websites
with the newest trends and technologies
To work on packaging like labels, seals,
etc
To take on written and graphical marketing
tasks for international trade fairs, and to even attend trade fairs where
needed, hence building product knowledge is key
To be able to travel whenever required
Major Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline
A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in relevant industry with good references
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in MS Office
Familiarity with all types of media (social media, print, outdoor, etc)
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
