Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Waitress to take orders and deliver coffee and beverages to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Prepare tables
- Take accurate coffee and beverage orders
- Serve coffee and beverage orders
- Carry dirty glasses for cleaning
- Meet with
restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and
service specifications for reservations
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
Requirements
- At least High school Diploma/Certificate in any related field. Additional Beverage Certificate or safety training is a plus
- Proven three (3) years work experience as a Waitress
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Team spirit
