Job Purpose
To deliver business growth targets through planning and implementing
sales strategy, and marketing development programs. Responsible for coordinating
sales teams and establishing sales targets aimed at sustaining a competitive
advantage in the industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in
driving sales and marketing activities across the network through products
sales, awareness campaign and marketing programs to all key stakeholders
including potential customers, sales teams, decision makers, media and others
- Ensure sales teams meets budgeted
sales targets by actively build the capacity of Sales team through ongoing
mentoring, couching and support
- Formulate and implement the sales and
marketing policy and operating manuals and ensure all sales and marketing team
understands the procedures and guidelines
- Responsible for creating
and disseminating images, messages and ideas that best communicate the brand
values, mission and vision of the company
- Coordinate efforts with those of
marketing partners of the company such as designers, publishers, contributors
and media
- Advise Management on all
aspects of the development of Business in order that they are well informed on
market developments and trends
- Review and advise company
price for products periodically and ensure the Company products have a
competitive advantage in the market
- Ensure that customer
satisfaction for the Company products is achieved by providing proper advice to
customers in line with respective needs
- Monitor and ensure that the
Company product delivery process is working properly and advise management on
any changes to improve profitability and efficiency
- Stay awake of development
in the market segment by attending conferences, reading market specific
newsletters, visiting websites
- Benchmark company's products and
services to that of competitors in the market at all the time to identify and
establish competitive edge for the company
- Promoting all company
products and services to potential customers
- Coordinates liaison between sales and
marketing department and other units
- Timely preparation of sales and
marketing reports to Management
- Reviews and analyzes sales and
marketing performance against programs, plans and targets to determine
effectiveness and performance
- Coordinate product research that may be
relevant to enhance or re-directing the market strategies in future and assist
in product improvement and review

- Degree or Advanced diploma in Business Administration, Economic,
Marketing or Commerce
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing role on
managerial position Excellent Knowledge in Production and
Construction industry
