Job Brief

On behalf of our happy client, we are looking for a Stock Controller to manage inventory and purchase merchandise based on company's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking
  • Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
  • Oversee storage of products
  • Coordinate regular inventory audits
  • Keep updated inventory record
  • Prepare inventory for deliveries
  • Track and ensure deliveries are received
  • Compile reports inventory and supply balances
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Prevent overstocking and ordering

    • Major Requirements

  • BSc. in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Must be very competent enough in Mathematics
  • Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar role
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software will be an added advantage
  • Active participation in inventory audits
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities
