Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas

Legal and Compliance
  • Organize legal requirements for new and existing companies
  • Writing and review of company contracts, board minutes, shareholders resolutions e.t.c
  • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and its agencies.
  • Ensuring all paperwork for company vehicles and assets are in place and up to date.
  • Liaising with external lawyers and legal adviser.
Office Management
  • Developing and implementing administrative systems, such as filing and record management.
  • Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of inventory and equipment.
  • Manage and supervise subordinate staff by carrying out staff appraisals and managing performance, delegating work and managing their workload and output.
  • Promoting staff development and training.
  • Modernize and update office equipment.
  • Oversee support services to all departments.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.


Formal Training & Education

A minimum of University Graduate Degree in Law, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Self-motivation, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Proven experience on Legal Compliance and working with Lawyers.
  • Have the ambition to help drive the growth of a growing company.
  • Strong communication and administration skills.
  • Very effective organizational skills.
  • Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
