Organize legal requirements for new and
existing companies
Writing and review of company contracts,
board minutes, shareholders resolutions e.t.c
Ensuring compliance with government regulations
and its agencies.
Ensuring all paperwork for company vehicles
and assets are in place and up to date.
Liaising with external lawyers and legal
adviser.
Office Management
Developing and implementing administrative
systems, such as filing and record management.
Recording office expenditure and managing
the budget.
Organizing the office layout and
maintaining supplies of inventory and equipment.
Manage and supervise subordinate staff by
carrying out staff appraisals and managing performance, delegating work
and managing their workload and output.
Promoting staff development and training.
Modernize and update office equipment.
Oversee support services to all
departments.
Partner with HR to maintain office policies
as necessary.
Formal Training & Education
A minimum of University Graduate Degree in Law,
Business Administration or any other relevant discipline.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Self-motivation, Attention to Detail &
Deadline-Oriented
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Package.
Proven experience on Legal Compliance and working with
Lawyers.
