Description:

JOB OBJECTIVE

To organise and coordinate the available Manpower, Machineries and Materials (Raw and Packaging) to produce High Quality products at reasonably low costs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure volume target are met as per daily production plan (provided by Product Manager).
  
• Ensure that, sufficient Raw and Packaging materials are available for production.
  
• Ensure the machines are in good working condition.
  
• Ensure that, Quality and standards are met and workers are aware of it.
  
• Analyze achievement of daily production and prepare report.
  
• Ensure hygiene of the factory is taken care (GMP and GHP).
  
• Reconcile daily production; losses and material consumed (establish Recovery).
  
• Educate workers and emphasize to adhere on safety practice.
  
• Implement PM (Preventive Maintenance program).
  
• Carry out monthly Stocktaking and dispatch the documents to Production Manager
  
• Prepare monthly Production report.
  
• Compare the set KPIs with the achieved results for future correction.
  
• Control spares inventory for smooth operations and advise Production Manager.
  
• Plan and organise machines dismantling and reassembling for cleaning purposes and sanitation.
  
• Carry out any other duties as may be assigned 
  

Qualifications & Experience

• At Least 3 years experience
  
• Should have worked in a Manufacturing Industry
  
• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management/Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering  and any related field
