Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for selling
of ERP solution to Prospective Clients like Banks, Insurance Company,
Manufacturers, Traders, EPC Contractors and Real Estate developers etc. Responsibilities
include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing of new accounts in Tanzania,
Demonstration of software and write proposals
- Establish new clients and increase relationships with
key personnel in
- Leads account planning process that develops account
strategy, financial targets and critical milestones
- Lead and manage the end to end sales process through
engagement of appropriate resources such as
- Pre-Sales Consultants, ERP Consulting, Executives, and
Partners
- Defining appropriate ERP Value Propositions and
driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer
needs so you can effectively position ERP offerings
- Pipeline development through a combination of phone
calls, email, market visit and market sector knowledge/intelligence
- Engage with prospect organizations to position ERP
solutions through strategic value- based selling.
Work Experience
3 - 5 years experience in IT Solutions, ERP solution and concept selling.
Required Skills
- Ability to offer unique perspective understanding the
way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to
highlight customer benefits
- Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of
customers business and discuss issues from multiple angles
- Understanding the decision making process and have the
ability to influence key decision makers
- Experience selling high end software solutions or
consulting services to enterprise and mid-market companies
- Experience in proposal writing
- Fluent in both English and Swahili
