Job Duties

• Coordination with Supplier/ Broker and Buyer
  
• Coordination with CHA for shipment planning
  
•  Vessel space allocation
  
• Placement and timely stuffing of container
  
• Clearance
  
• Movement to port
  
• Coordination with shipping lines for freight and movement
  
• Preparation and finalization of Shipping documents
  
• Negotiation of docs with Bank
  
• Follow ups.
  

 

Requirements

•  Any Graduate
  
•  Good communication and negotiation skills
  
•  Good with Mails and Excel
  
•  2-3 years experience in a related field
  
•  Fluent in English and Swahili
