- Minimum completed a senior certificate at secondary
school level
- If studying towards or completed a Logistics diploma
(added advantage; not essential)
- Ability to communicate and write in both English and
Swahili
- Must be highly organized and be able to comprehend

- Fit and strong as lifting of heavy farming equipment
