Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the business and overseeing all operations of the company in Tanzania.
Responsibilities
- Setting up marketing Strategies to ensure continuous growth of revenues for the company
- Setting up sound systems and structures for effective customer service and management of support back office functions
- Providing strategic direction for the Tanzania business unit
- Developing marketing strategies
- Developing and maintaining sound relationships with key health sector players in public sector
- Advising the company on all regulatory matters while ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws
- Ensuring efficient after sales support to customers
- Ensuring effective training to users for the sold equipment
Qualifications
- Diploma in Laboratory Technology from any recognized institution. Degree in Laboratory Technology will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years of working experience in health laboratories
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organize and supervise operations
- Fluent in English and Swahili with excellent verbal and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast growing dynamic environment
