Requirements
Degree Qualified in Human Resources Management. Degree or Diploma in Legal services is a plus
5 - 10 years HR Experience in Tanzania preferably experience working in the construction industry, and would be best to come from the contractors companies
Experience of working on a large Project
Knowledge of Central and state laws relating to
employment
Experience managing multiple nationalities as HR and Admin Officer
